-1/4 cup heavy cream
-1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
-2 cloves garlic, minced
-1/4 teaspoon salt
-1/8 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions:
1. Cook the Vegetables
-Bring a pot of salted water to a boil.
-Add the frozen vegetables and cook according to package directions until tender-crisp.
-Drain the vegetables well.

2. Create the Sauce:
-In a small saucepan, heat the heavy cream over medium heat.
-Add the minced garlic and cook for 30 seconds, or until fragrant.
-Stir in the Parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper.
-Cook until the cheese is melted and the sauce is smooth.
3. Combine and Serve:
-Add the cooked vegetables to the creamy Parmesan sauce.
-Toss to coat evenly.
-Serve immediately, garnished with additional Parmesan cheese, if desired.
Tip: For a more flavorful dish, consider roasting the vegetables before adding them to the sauce. Simply toss the frozen vegetables with olive oil, salt, and pepper, then roast in a preheated oven at 425°F (220°C) for 20-25 minutes, or until crispy.
